You have 30 calendar days from the date of delivery to request a return. To qualify for a refund, the product must meet the return conditions outlined below.

Please include:

Order number
Name of the item you wish to return
Reason for the return
Photos of the item, if requested by our support team

Do not send your item back before receiving return instructions from our customer service team.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method. The time required for the refund to appear in your account depends on your bank, credit card company, or payment provider.

Return Shipping Costs

Unless the item you received is defective, damaged, or incorrect, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Exchanges
